Once a neglected stretch in downtown Chattanooga, Chestnut Street has transformed into one of the city’s most vibrant destinations. Adjacent to Finley Stadium and home to the Chattanooga Football Club, the area now features a lively mix of restaurants, apartments, a bowling alley, concert hall, grocery store, and brewery.

More than a decade ago, CEG was commissioned to reimagine the forgotten block. Through complete-site design, construction management, and a creative, functional approach, CEG delivered a plan that balanced aesthetics, accessibility, and economic vitality. Streetscaping, greenery, and ample parking combined to create an inviting space designed for both heavy use and long-term growth.
