Our Story
In 2010, Rocky and Kelly Chambers founded an engineering firm built on a shared vision a team of master builders, environmental stewards, innovators, risk managers, and public policy leaders.
Over the next seven years, Chattanooga Engineering Group (CEG) completed more than 200 projects, designing and constructing facilities that are both essential and enriching to modern life. Through hard work and commitment, CEG earned a reputation as a trusted partner capable of delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects with creativity, discipline, and precision.
Today, our portfolio includes more than 350 completed projects. Our engineers work across three continents and four time zones, serving a wide range of repeat clients who trust our expertise and integrity.

Rocky Chambers, PE MBA
Rocky Chambers, A third-generator builder, is the founder of Chattanooga Engineering Group. In 2010, he created CEG with a vision of an engineering firm composed of master builders, environmental stewards, noteworthy innovators, risk managers, and public policy leaders.
Jabel Busl, PE
For the last 20 years, Jabel Busl has been engineering solutions to problems all over the world. Attracted to the CEG vision and philosophy, Jabel joined the CEG team in 2022 as a lead structural engineer and project manager

As production manager, Zeca utilizes the same talents – problem-solving vision, a goal-oriented work ethic, and love for colleagues and community – that made him a local soccer legend.

With a strong focus on permitting, construction administration, and expanding market reach, she ensures projects meet rigorous standards across multiple states.
